Elementary

New to the district?  Families can begin by creating an account on FinalForms where the required documents can be uploaded or call Mrs. Wymer at 419-533-5011 to set up an appointment to drop them off. Find more information HERE on our website.
Class lists will be posted on the main entrance doors at noon on August 6th.

Families can call the transportation office at, 419-533-5031 from 8:00 am-2:30 pm.for bus schedules.  
Mrs.Stacey will also be available during open house in the staff parking lot. Additional transportation information can be found on the website

High School

All forms will be digital through Final Forms.  The forms must be signed by both the parent and student by the 1st day of school.  You should have received an email from Final Forms to complete your information.  If you have not, please email Mr. Radwan at gradwan@libertycenterschools.org to update your address.

Students may login to PowerSchool on August 16th to view their schedules.  Schedule change requests can be made  from Friday, August 16 - Friday, August 23.   Please email requests to sahleman@libertycenterschools.org
Freshmen can find their locker, try their combination and walk through their schedule during on August 18th, 6:00-7:00.

Liberty Center Schools cafeteria takes pride in offering nutritious meals to fuel our students' minds and bodies. Breakfast is available for all students, from 7:45am-8:15am each day. School lunch prices are as follows: Extra Milk: All Grades - $0.55 Breakfast K-12 - $1.50 Breakfast: Reduced K-12 - $0.25 Lunch K-8: $3.10 Lunch 9-12: $3.25 Lunch: Reduced K-12: $0.40
